Hustad & Granaas signs Framework Agreement with Edge Petroleum

H&G has recently signed a framework agreement with Edge Petroleum AS. Edge Petroleum was founded in 2017, with ambitions to be a partner in a portfolio of oil and gas fields on the Norwegian Continental Shelf. The framework agreement will initially be used for sourcing technical support to their M&A processes with options for future extension into supporting management of fields and assets. H&G sees Edge Petroleum as an important client, where H&G skills and expertise has a good match with the clients’ needs.
