Rob Marshall comes with a strong background in Project delivery with a focus on both brownfield and greenfield subsea developments.
Rob Marshall joined Shell as a Subsea Discipline Engineer initially supporting both large CAPEX projects and smaller integrity focussed efforts to sustain and grow Shell’s mature North Sea asset base. Rob also spent three years working in the United States, where he managed the safe delivery of a Portfolio of Deepwater (GOM and Brazil) Brownfield Projects for Shell – including single well tie-backs, equipment reinstatement, abandonment scopes and the development/deployment of industry-first technologies to boost production. More recently, Rob has delivered an ultra-fast track, high-risk project in the North Sea to decouple and re-route an existing Oil Export route securing the life of one of Shell’s mature fields into the 2030’s.

Bjørn is a Principal Reservoir Engineer/Project Manager who has 41 years industry experience, of which 34 years is Oil Company experience, (4 years Mobil, 30 years Shell), after which he spent 7 years as a technical leader in consultant company LR Senergy and as an independent consultant.
He has extensive experience within reservoir engineering/petroleum engineering across Shell's portfolio of fields in 8 European countries. This includes the position as Regional Resource Volume Manager for Shell EP Europe (8 countries), functional leadership positions and the corporate position as Value Assurance Advisor for Shell’s European projects. This includes reviews of envisaged CO2-flooding/storage projects in the Draugen (Norway) and Barendregt (Netherlands) fields.

He has developed new pseudo relative permeability technology and a sophisticated fluid system model for inclusion in Shell’s simulation software. Solveig has over 25 years’ experience of the full life cycle across a range of large-scale projects within the oil and gas industry worldwide, mainly in project management and delivery.
Solveig joined Shell as a Structural Engineer, supporting a variety of projects in the early 1990s including Brent Redevelopment. She transitioned into project engineering while posted in Brunei, and thereafter was responsible for delivery on a variety of projects including the Caspian Pipeline Consortium Marine Terminal in southern Russia, and the Tanker Loading Unit for Sakhalin Energy Investment Company.
